My First Visit

New patients can expect an easy and educational first visit. We won’t rush you in and out! New patients will fill out a standard medical/dental history questionnaire to help us better care for both your dental and overall health. Once seated, your hygienist might have some questions to get to know you better. You can expect them to take some x-rays in order to properly diagnose your dental health. Your hygienist will clean your teeth and give you feedback on how well you’re doing or how to improve your oral hygiene. Finally, one of our doctors will sit down with you and your hygienist to talk, diagnose, and come up with the best treatment options for you. Questions are always encouraged!

Insurance

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier. While your health care or dental insurance will cover some of the cost of your treatment, it may not cover all of it. As a courtesy, we accept assignment of benefits and do our best to accurately determine the amount the insurer will pay. The remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient and is expected at the time treatment is provided.
